| The first presentation helps students learn to recognize the
names of the colors and is called "Learning Colors".
|
| The
second presentation helps students test themselves to see if they can recognize
the names of the colors and is called "Colors".
|
| The next button is an interactive program called
"Color Test" that displays a color and asks the student to click
on a "button" that has the name of the color displayed. The
program responds while displaying whether the answer is correct or
not. If the answer is incorrect, the color will not change until the
correct color name is chosen. The colors are chosen at random, so it
is possible to see the same color a few times in a row even for correct
answers. Only the high frequency colors are used.
|
| The
third presentation helps students learn some "high frequency
words". While the link to this presentation is called "High
Frequency Words", the actual presentation is called "Words".
|
| The
fourth presentation helps students learn some Geometric Shapes. While the link to this presentation is called "Shapes", the actual presentation is called "Geometric
Shapes".
|
| The next link is to a picture of a tree that
you can print out, fold in half, and draw the line of symmetry. I call it
"Sym-A-Tree". (Excuse my play on words.)
|
| "Counting"
is a link to a chart of counting by ones, twos, fives, and tens to one
hundred. Feel free to print it out and use it daily.
|
| The
next presentation helps students learn the names and value of the U. S. Coins. |
