Circles

A circle has a focus which coincides with the center.  Since the distance from the center to the focus is zero, the eccentricity of a circle is also zero.  The eccentricity is defined as the distance from the center to the focus (zero) divided by the length of the semi-major axis, which is the radius of the circle.  Therefore, e = 0 for a circle.

Circles in General Form:Ax˛ + By˛ + Cx + Dy + E = 0

For Circles A = B

A & B have to have the same number and same sign.
